A: Bathing teddy! =p .. he looks traumatised. But oh so cute. =)
B: Ice- skating! it was so slow to 'get the hang of it'. (sort of.) .. i still looked like a flapping penguin after 3 hours. But world just wait and see, i'm going to make a real penguin out of me. (ok. maybe not the unflattering bulge. but you get what i mean.) ..
On another note, watching people ice skate really make me feel like being like them, free and fast on the ice. On the one hand filled with power, yet at the same time filled with grace. A dancer and a player at the same time. Beautiful really.
which brings me to the next point...
then...
D: Visiting the Old Operating Theatre Museum. The forceps above look so scary... so so so scary (and PAINFUL). Everything there was just medical, potentially rusty, old, musty and scary. I basically went through the entire place with a look of grimace/horror on my face.
Operating table for children. (imagine screaming kids who end up dying there.... *shivers)
E: Visit to Wesley's Chapel. (ok. please invert the photo yourself. i have no idea why it's inverted on MY laptop. but not on blogger. don't ask me. it's technology. you know how they always rebel against me.) .. Wesley's Chapel, also known as the place of the start of Methodism, is nice and cosy, with a lot of history. Saw John Wesley's grave, his mother's grave, saw his organ, tried the current organ in the chapel... The methodists there were really friendly and i'm hoping to be able to go back and play for a service or something.
F: Finally.. arranging biscuits for lunchtime concerts at St. Annes. =D
